Tomato, Avocado & Miso Toast

A veganastic twist on a tomato and avocado sandwich.
Preparation: 5 mins Cooking time: 5 mins Total: 10 mins Serves: 1-2 people

Tomato, avocado and miso toast, is a great way to start of a lazy Sunday morning. A kick of fresh healthy food that taste great to begin with can help anyone enjoy their Sunday-Funday or their Sunday-Workday. Here is how I make tomato, avocado and miso toast.
Ingredients:
1 medium tomato
1 avocado (sliced or mashed)
1 tsp of miso paste (I use Nature Quest Natural Creamy Miso)
2 slices of toasted vegan bread
pinch of pepper
Instructions:
Toast 2 slices of bread.
Slice the tomato and avocado. (You can mash the avocado like I did in the picture or keep it sliced.)
Spread miso paste on the toasted slices of bread.
Place the avocado and tomatoes on top of the miso paste.
Sprinkle with a pinch of pepper.
Enjoy!
Note: Taste the miso paste before using it as the salt may vary from brand to brand.
